Relay Mast
Asian Shots is a night-radio chat site for adults. It started broadcasting nothing at all in November 2026, because every host is an AI character and the only thing that travels is text.
What we built
We wrote 16 women who host the graveyard shift from cities across Asia and its diaspora, and we gave each a show, a frequency and a drink to sign off with. The dial is a way of walking through the cast without a catalogue. Nobody here is a type; each has a job, a place and her own sense of humour.
About the name
The address and the brand are not the same thing, and the brand is the one we mean. Asian Shots is the shot at sign-off, not anything else. There is no audio and no live stream. If a host ever gets a film of her own, the setlist log will say so first.
What we will not do
- Treat any woman as a stereotype, or write her as one.
- Present a host as a real person, or a real person as a host.
- Share your calls with an advertiser, or sell them.
- Write any woman as less than a grown adult with a working life.
Writing to the booth
A human being reads the mail sent to the address in the footer. Requests, corrections and complaints about our hosts' taste in music are all welcome.
