The terms of listening, as short as we can make them. Getting on air means you accept them.

Who may listen

People 18 or older, adults under the laws of the place they live as well. The account is yours alone, so keep the password to yourself.

What is on air

Fiction for entertainment: you talk with invented hosts whose lines an AI model writes, and nothing is broadcast. Whatever a host says is neither fact nor advice, be it medical, legal, financial or of any other type. She may be wrong, and she is a night presenter, so she often is.

Airtime and payment

The all-night pass is paid up front in USDT, runs for a set count of days and never renews. Dead air earns no money back: no refund except where law requires one. Funds sent in the wrong amount or over another network can be lost for good.

Behaviour

Honour the studio etiquette and the law. Do not try to bypass the chat's limits, jam the site, harvest its text or resell access. We may suspend or end an account that does.

What you send in

Your lines remain yours. You let us hold and process them so the show can run and stay safe, which includes automated checks against the etiquette.

Schedule changes

Hosts, frequencies and plans can change, pause or close. Whatever alters what you get is announced first in the setlist log. The site runs as found, with only such warranties as the law bars us from excluding, and our liability ends at what you paid in the previous 30 days, to the extent the law permits.
